The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 3-5 business days to the original mode of payment by CALIBER ESSENTIALS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within a short period after placement. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds: If you receive an incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory item, contact us for assistance. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method or as store credit.
